   Second trip to Luna in a month, the first, a business dinner, the second a birthday. Both meals definitely above average. The drink and food menus were creative, not a carbon copy of everyone else's menu, but still quite accessible. Food quality / taste was excellent from start to finish, although it would have been that much better if a few degrees hotter. (Not sure ow the Irish and English can serve their food piping hot, but Yanks, not so much.) Only other complaint from an otherwise fine meal was a 3.5% "service charge" tacked on at the bottom of the bill that said it goes to Luna restaurant and not a gratuity for the servers. I think I'll try that with my business - just tell everyone that I decided to add 3.5% to their bill - just because.

   We have been so excited to try Luna. Even with a reservation we were placed in a back corner near a door that was drafty and cold in a smaller room that was extremely loud. Our server was seated 4 tables at once included ours, so we didn't get our drinks until 20 minutes after we sat down and didn't order until 6:30 (6:00 reservation we were on time for). The food wasn't that great. The mussels were not very fresh tasting, the broth didn't have much flavor. The flatbread was fine, but didn't wow us. The crab pasta was good, but wasn't a very large amount. For being considered a great restaurant in Spokane we were disappointed with our experience. Hoping it was an off night, but might be a while before we try again.

   Excellent food. Sea bass was the best I’ve ever had. Others in the party loved the carrot quinoa salad and the seafood pasta. Justine provided outstanding service. We’ll go back soon.

   It was a good dinner. The food is always solid at Luna. We had stated that we were celebrating our anniversary in our Open table reservation, but the waitress didn’t make a comment about it. She was too carefree about how she placed our food and plates on the table. She seemed like she was rushing or annoyed that she had to take the table. We will go back, it was an off night for the service. There is a service fee that was a surprise. We would prefer to have the prices reflect an increase rather than a service fee. This is off putting to get this add on especially when our service was sub par. What is that? Is it part of the tip?? She didn’t earn that, perhaps the others that helped in our service did.

   Luna never disappoints! The braised oxtail filet and butternut squash bisque were amazing! Top notch service as well.

   The duck was fantastic and the Ora Salmon was absolutely incredible! My beautiful fiancée even ordered it over done (“well done” in her words) on accident and after realizing she misspoke was worried it would come out dry and chewy, but it still came out with a wonderful crisp but not too dry at all, and paired amazingly with the mustard and sauce. Their kitchen is full of artists. Absolutely wonderful meal overall, will definitely be exploring there menu on many a date night to come.

   That was an incredible meal. Party of 6 and we enjoyed all of the food. The salmon charcuterie was so good as an app! We ordered everything basically ... filet, bouillabaisse, crab pasta, etc. My brother did say the server's fly was down and he had BO lol but I didn't notice. The service was good, the food was amazing and we enjoyed our meal. No complaints here. Will be back next time we're in Spokane
