   Good food. We all ordered the roasted beet salad, but service was slow during a busy mid-week lunch.

   Mama Stortini’s is our pregame tradition for the Tbirds. We come in the off season to spend time with our favorite servers. Esme takes excellent care of us and we enjoy getting to know the rest of the crew.

   Great service. The food is consistently good. My minestrone was delicious but could have been hotter. That didn’t stop me from enjoying every drop. It was my friend’s birthday celebration so the complimentary sundae was a nice surprise.

   Celebrating a family birthday. It was crowded and noisy and we waited awhile for a table. Our waiter approached us and offered drinks, then took our orders. He was very attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The food was delicious AND generous. It quieted significaly and rapidly when all the fan left for the game!

    Overall, food was reasonably ok; meatballs were disgusting and rather than replace with another protein, the server charged for an extra side protein. No water was offered or brought to the table, and server was mostly absent despite the restaurant being fairly slow. Ambiance was nothing special, and quality has declined significantly from what it was several years ago. We paid about $120 for 4 people plus a $35 bottle of wine, and could have made far better food for $10 at home. Walking out after, I wished we had done so.
