    New Years Eve—very busy, of course, but outstanding service, ambience, and FOOD! My wife had an excellent Appletini and I had a glass of delicious Riesling. For entrees we had perfectly prepared Chilean Sea Bass and Rack of Lamb. I’ve never had an even “ok” meal here, but this was even above their usual high standards.

    Thank you for a memorable New Year's Eve 2024. Everyone from the check-in to Skyler and the rest of the waitstaff went above and beyond to give us a wonderful dining experience. Myself, my husband, and our friend Lee have been doing a New Year's Ever dinner for the last four years and have always been thrilled with the wonderful ambiance, fantastic food, and excellent waitstaff. We will continue to celebrate New Year's Eve this way and also continue to have lunches and dinners throughout the years here at Mambo's. Thank you Sal.

    John was amazing as our server- everything was delicious and timed out perfectly. No rushing us, no pressure. Pastas were excellent, white fish was fresh and tasty, and the triple chocolate dessert was superb!

    Make sure to go in with an idea of what you want to eat and drink. Once the waiter initially greets you it’ll be a while to until they are back. Busy restaurant but a bit more staff would solve this. Good cooks in the back and delicious food, portions have good value.
