   We did the tasting menu which was excellent. Some of the cocktails were quite good as well. The noise level is difficult to tolerate if you really wanna have a conversation. It’s exceptionally loud. I found it minorly annoying that the waiter spoke with a soft tone and would keep changing His head position so I couldn’t hear what I was eating half the time. But other than that the food was exceptional and the quality of service was excellent.

   Terrible attention from the hostess made us wait more than 1 hour and 20 minutes, without giving any explanation and giving people tables who arrived after us. very bad attention .

   Maple & Ash is outstanding. It was our first time dining at M & P and we will be back for sure. Our waiter Javier took excellent care of us.

   Decided to celebrate my birthday at Maple and Ash and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—10/10! The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary drink and appetizer, a nice touch that set the tone for the meal. The food was simply outstanding. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, exactly as ordered, and bursting with flavor. Every bite showed the quality of ingredients and attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better meal. Our server was amazing and I will definitely be back.

   Overall very pleasant. I had an allergy issue and they seem to accommodate for that. when it came to being aware and knowledgeable of the menus that contain certain allergies it was great but the restaurant didn’t offer much accommodations to alternatives. For example, seafood tower didn’t have an alternative for people allergic to it and if someone were to order the I don’t give a f** they would kinda be out of luck. I get that it’s hard to accommodate for ever allergy but data is being collected on allergies and the restaurant should have an idea of what the day is looking like and offer those kind of options if chef is willing. Also goes with the unreasonable hospitality motto and service was great but this could elevate it.
