Maritime Parc’s one-of-a-kind location along the Hudson riverfront offers three event rooms including its restaurant, which is open to the public & available for private hire – featuring the culinary talents of executive chef and owner Chris Siversen. Siversen, the driving force behind the extraordinary destination, with an interior that can be described as ethereal, airy, and modern, designed to complement the beauty of its surroundings. Guests are enticed to enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea whether on the restaurant’s large deck & outdoor bar or the wraparound terraces found above.

Haven't been here in ages but the brunch was wonderful. The brunch menu was inventive with a good variety to suit all tastes. Highly recommend the crab cake with poached egg and the chorizo scramble.

Food and drink were good! Great server! Poor ambiance. Large party next to us had 3 or 4 small children that were allowed to run around the restaurant chasing each other and yelling and screaming. Even tho there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant at the time, they sat my party of 2 across from the large party with noisy boisterous children. The parents let them be while they enjoyed their meal. The restaurant staff stood idle allowing the children to crawl on empty seating and play around tables. Felt as if we were at a playground until they left. Also children could have injured themselves from constantly running around the tables in the restaurant

it's become a "tradition". Thursday night OBB. The burger was delicious, as were the oysters. Spouse had swordfish which was also excellent. The weather is changing, and these delightful summer dinners on the patio are numbered. The yachts in the marina are moving away too! they do have the heat lamps!
