   Like the well spaced open feeling, easy cheap parking. Food excellent. Salads creative and amazing - especially the cranberry, pistachio, roquefort cheese with maple dressing TERRIFIC. Entrees were good variety and everyone at the table loved their dish.Service was attentive, feriendly andallowed us to dine at our desired pace - were are old friends actching up. It was a 5+-star evening.

   We have always been loyal customers of the restaurant and often visit with our daughters, but yesterday was a disaster. The area where we were seated was extremely hot. Although our server was very polite, it took him a long time to take our order. At one point, my youngest daughter spilled a little water, and the server noticed, saying, "Oh, the water spilled," but did nothing about it, leaving the floor wet. To make matters worse, there were flies in the restaurant, and no one seemed to care at all. When we finally asked for the bill, I had to get up to pay because nobody came to take the payment. To make it worse, nobody cleared our plates even when we were ready to leave. I want to emphasize that we have always visited Mc Kitchen, and the service has always been excellent. But yesterday was a completely different and disappointing experience.

   Hi Karen, MC Kitchen is an indoor/outdoor restaurant and we share a common open-air atrium with our neighbors in the building. Despite the ACs running at 68, it was unusually hot on Sunday and sometimes it happens. However, there is no excuse for your table not being cleared or you having to get up to pay the check. Our servers know better. I can only apologize. We appreciate the feedback. Thank you.
