    One by Spork offers a unique culinary experience hosted by the James Beard-nominated team behind Spork. This immersive, intimate 16-seat chef’s counter features a single tasting menu, crafted from hyper-scratch cooking with ingredients sourced from our on-site garden. Each dish balances tradition with creativity, led by bold flavors. Beverage pairings—either cocktail & wine or spirit-free—complement each course, enhancing the experience. Dinner begins at 6:30 PM, with doors opening at 6:00 PM. Reservations are required, with a price of $275 per person, including beverage pairings (tax and gratuity not included). We cannot accommodate certain allergies, vegetarians, vegans, or gluten-free diets due to our use of alliums, nightshades, and butter. However, we can accommodate specific allergies with advance notice (7 days). Please contact us to discuss any dietary restrictions before booking.

    Arlecchino is a representation of the heart and soul of the wonderful world of Cuisine di Italiano. We are the sister restaurant of Cento Anni Alla Famiglia located on the hilltop of Pittsburgh.     Bar 1904, which is located upstairs in the balcony of our main dining room, is not only beautiful and cozy but by the hands of our talented bar tenders prepares hand crafted cocktails, beers and an outstanding wine list to choose from.
    Dining at Arlecchino is an experience and may take time. We do allow 2 hours for parties of 2, 2.5 for parties 3-4 and 3 hours for parties over 5. Please be aware that your table may be booked after these time periods. If you would like to shorten your experience, please let us know!
