He engaged in great conversation with us and reset our table between each course. The drinks were good, though when dining at a high price point I do wish for a higher variety of cordials and the white wine glass was massive lol. The food was absolutely impeccable and our dishes paired perfectly with the accompanying sides. (Pork chop and swordfish).
