This immersive, intimate 16-seat chef’s counter features a single tasting menu, crafted from hyper-scratch cooking with ingredients sourced from our on-site garden. Each dish balances tradition with creativity, led by bold flavors. Beverage pairings—either cocktail & wine or spirit-free—complement each course, enhancing the experience. Dinner begins at 6:30 PM, with doors opening at 6:00 PM. Reservations are required, with a price of $275 per person, including beverage pairings (tax and gratuity not included). We cannot accommodate certain allergies, vegetarians, vegans, or gluten-free diets due to our use of alliums, nightshades, and butter.
