Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.

This has to be the best tasting authentic pizza outside of Italy! Add to that great staff and atmosphere and you have a winner - no wonder you have to book to get a table. Unfortunately, this time around the pasta dish was luke warm at best and the portion size was not great in terms of value for money. I would normally have asked for the meal to have been taken back and either prepared again or warmed up, however, as we were catching up with friends who we had not seen in a long time, I didn't want to cause a fuss and end up eating my meal on my own. One of the new owners did come to our table to introduce herself at the end when we were paying the bill and she seemed very pleasant and I am sure they will do a great job in their new venture. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. We will go back again as the food and service was very good, I just hate warm food, particularly when I am paying good money.
