   Ask for Mario. The overall service plus food is incredible. Try the hamburger. A big surprise on the menu! Jorge, Justin, Arnold, and Nelly are the dream team! Just go to Mexican Sugar!

   Basically everything was fine, except I didn't get my Mother's Day special reservation.    I don’t recommend eating here for Mothers Day. Lunch took 2 hours and most of the time we were waiting for our food.

   Went for mother's day brunch and it was a full dining room, as expected. Terrible waitress took about 10-15 minutes to take a drink order and then just short of an hour before the food arrived. Took about 20 minutes to get the guacamole app we ordered. We're talking about eggs and breakfast food here, it takes no time at all to prep that regardless of a mother's day crowd. I only got 1 drink refill over the course of the meal, waitress was completely absent. Asked food/drink runners and the manager to check on our food, no help there either. Finally the food arrives and manager comes by to celebrate that food was fresh and hot. What a joke, instead of the meager tip I left i wish I would've stiffed that server completely. Terrible service, would never go back and would not recommend to anyone unless you are a masochist.

   It took 1.5 hours to get our food. It was disappointing because it was where we decided to go for our Mother’s Day celebration. When the food did come, some of it was barely warm.

   Food was amazing, service was alright, we had a reservation and was seated very quickly. Our server really didn’t seem happy to be there and the restaurant was very loud that you couldn’t even hear the people at the same table without yelling.

   Came to Mexican Sugar tonight with my wife and Gloria was our server — she was wonderful – friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable – fantastic service. For dinner we had Queso, Guac, split the Filet & Lobster Fajitas, and finished with Choc Avocado Cake. DEVINE! Drinks were Margarita Flight, Skinny, and their La Catrina. I think the bar program is one of the best in a Mexican Restaurant – next level. Patio was a VIBE in this weather. 10/10!

    Our server, Laura, completely lost interest in our table. We ordered dessert and it took 20+ minutes to arrive. She was no where in sight. When it was time to pay, we had to track her down at the Bar and pull her away from the man she was talking to. Again it took a very long time! Appetizers were good. Dinner was ok. Desserts were very good.
