   It was a disaster right from the get go! Waited 15 minutes before the host that seated us to come over & say our server has a large table she’s serving, I e reminded her your here! What! Why’s it us in her section then? Ordered several appetizers, had to send one back because it was cold, lettuce wraps lettuce was chopped up, very difficult to fill. This is located within a Marriott hotel and a well known chain we used to frequent often, not after this experience! We were glad to pay & get out, not once visited by manager or offered anything for compensation. Avoid is my recommendation.

   Our bruschetta was soggy, and the chicken bowl was mushy and bland. We waited quite a while to be served drinks when we got there.

   We have been loyal patrons of Milestones in Burlington, which made our recent visit to their Niagara Falls location particularly disappointing. With plans to dine before the Gerry Dee show at OLG, we expected a familiar level of quality, but our experience fell short on several counts. Despite arriving slightly early for our 7:15 pm reservation and requesting a booth, it took about 10 minutes for our server to arrive—without the warm welcome we had come to expect. Her lack of attentiveness continued throughout the meal; she never checked in on our table, nor did she inquire if our dishes were to our liking, missing an opportunity to offer a personal touch that previously set the standard at Milestones. We ordered a variety of entrees based on our server’s recommendation. Regrettably, the suggestion turned out to be a major letdown: what was served resembled nothing more than chicken nuggets tossed in Sweet Thai chili sauce over subpar rice—lacking in both presentation and flavor. Additionally, our entrees took 45 minutes to arrive, which, when combined with the restaurant’s 1.5-hour table time limit, left us with barely enough time to enjoy our meal, let alone consider dessert. The Niagara Falls branch did not live up to our previous positive experiences at Milestones. For the premium pricing, we found the service and food quality severely lacking. Based on this experience, we will not be returning, nor can we in good conscience recommend this location to others. Fool me once!

   The food was delicious and quite reasonably priced! Our server Julie was amazing, very friendly and was very quick to get what we asked for. Overall it was a great dining experience!

   I had the signature burger and it was terribly overcooked. The fries were small and hard, think oversized toothpicks. The restaurant was freezing so those thin little fries were cold in just a couple of minutes. The waitress checked with me after my food was delivered and she never returned. I waited and waited for her to come back. All around, just not a pleasant burger and fries for $30.

   Servers were incredibly apologetic over delays, drinks were delicious, food still came hot extraordinary work over a holiday known for it’s high volume of customer traffic-we will be coming again :)

   Waiter barely came over. I had a salad & empty plate sat on table almost till main course came. Establishment was not that busy at the time. The cut of meat had a lot of fat (filet) which I am not accustomed to from most other places I eat at. My wedge salad had brown leaves again not what I am accustomed too. We will not be returning. Overall way to expensive for what we got
