It’s a tavern. It’s what you’d expect, however, the menu was extremely limited and way overpriced for what they offered. I paid $32 for a 7 oz. Statler chicken and expected a much larger portion than what it was. The fried polenta was extremely salty. My wife had the Steak frites and the sauce they put on it was a dill/mustard combination Too much dill. Her fries were perfect. Very disappointing overall. Waiter seemed very rushed and discombobulated. This was a 1 and done experience for the price of what little you get. BTW - the limited menu was the Winter menu. It’s almost May. Need to change the menu.

Stopped in for an early Sat evening dinner. Excited small group at the bar. We sat 20 feet away at a nice table for two by the front windows with a very attentive and reasonably knowledgeable server named Louis. American Food prepared fresh and delivered promptly with tavetn/pub/local ambiance and presentation. We had truffle fries, teaser salad, mussels in Dijon broth, salmon and steak. All were very good and made as we desired. The raspberry custard with berries we shared for dessert was delicious but coffee weak. Switchback Ale on tap was a treat and my wife's KetalOne Martini oh so good ( two and she slept on the ride home!) A bit expensive ($200 with tip) 4 of 5 stars overall but quite adequate for CapeCod out of season. Bathroom clean and well light. Will be back no doubt.

Husbands birthday…he chose the venue and Mooncussers it is!! We’ve never had a bad meal here and last night was no different. PEI Dijon mussels to start for him, I go with the usual Caesar. Oregons Freakshow Petit Sarah was delicious with his signature burger. Crème brûlée to end the evenings meal. His words: best Dijon mussels ever! The sauce was blended perfectly! Go if you can, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a marvelous dinner. We split the shrimp appetizer, it was amazing. My daughter had the mussels and really enjoyed them. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. Our server had only been there a short time, but she was great! We will be back.
