We came to have Christmas dinner, what a let down. The wait staff operated as if they forgot about our table, we received menus after 15-20min of being told they would bring them, and we did not receive all of our food yet it was still added to the ticket (it was removed after speaking up though). The food was very bland and not esthetically appealing. We ordered three fiery beefs (they were good, although the meat absolutely tasted like chicken), green prawns (2 out of 10 needed seasoning and the other items mixed in were not good separate from the prawns nor together as an accompaniment), Mr. Chow noodles (basically unseasoned meat sauce over noodles), gamblers duck (definitely a gamble, and VERY un appealing once brought back to the table after removing for deboning of most the bones), order of shrimp sautéed rice (literally was just the steamed rice with four small shrimp, a few green peas and a slither of scallion heated together in a pan) and lastly bok choy (these four steamed stems were the best things on the table).

Foods were not the same as it used to be . Ambience was good. Service was good until the Peking duck dish was served, no utensils were provided. Peking duck was sliced and left on table, no one rolled the meat and served like before . So basically we had to use our hands to roll the meat with little pancakes (be self serving )for a five star restaurant. We did not have to do this for the past 3 times . This is our third or forth time eating dinner at this restaurant. We came back because of the great foods, services, ambience….. It’s not cheap to order Peking duck courses for 10 of us $128 per person . We gave this restaurant 5 out of 5 before and we came back this time . What’s a disappointment!! We had them boxed for us the left over to our room, but the Peking duck box was not in the bag .

We had a later reservation, and came to find an empty restaurant with only two other tables. While some of the servers were friendly, our server didn’t really explain the menu well to us, and he didn’t offer us more drinks when we finished our cocktails. He just didn’t seem to be happy we were there. Having tried other Mr Chow locations, this one was disappointing. The food was very good though.

The food lacked flavor. It was very expensive both in terms of the quality of the food and the portion size. Would not go back nor would I recommend a.

We had a delicious meal tonight. Terrific appetizers and then Sea Bass and Filet Mignon. Our waiter was spot on with his suggestions!
