Our own 8-acre sustainable and organic farm grows much of our produce that accompanies our (where ever possible) locally-sourced fish and meats. We offer an expansive beverage program with a 300+ selection Wine List highlighting Finger Lakes wines side-by-side with similar cool climate wines from around the world. My wife and I had a very nice dinner at Three Birds. Service was a little slow at times, which is one reason I didn't give five stars. The other reason was that my mahi mahi and my wife's lamb were both a little overcooked. However, both were still very good.
