My wife & I along with our two sons went to Forge & Vine to celebrate one of our sons 25th birthday. It was our first time going & it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning. Two of us had a view of the beautiful rolling hillside & the other two the open kitchen watching the flames dance & seeing all the chefs in action. For appetizers we shared the Korean BBQ beef, Shishito artichoke dip, Atlantic salmon tartare along with some amazing oysters. It also happened to be two for one for the oysters on Tuesday which was nice. My wife & one son had the potato crusted halibut with leek risotto, the birthday boy had the steak frites & I had the wood fired Berkshire pork. ALL the food was amazing!!! Our server was excellent! As mentioned earlier, the restaurant is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean & great ambiance. We will definitely be going back!!!
