Best restaurants near me in Fort Myers, FL

We were seeking waterside dining for lunch. It was our first visit to this great location with easy & free street parking on Sunday. We sat outdoors on the back side of restaurant. All 3 of us very much enjoyed our lunch of VA oysters, prime rib stew and seafood chowder, cobia & fish and chips. The cocktail menu was exciting and season appropriate and we were delighted for Castle & Key Harvest gin from KY (a fav of ours) to be featured & it was spectacular. Our server was great and she gave us just the right amount of attention. They had live music inside but we didn’t get to enjoy. The only critique is that the oysters seemed pre shucked. They were good but pricey and lacked the juice of a fresh shucked oyster!

We did the tasting menu with wine pairing last night. It was amazing. Food was outstanding and super fresh.

 it was absolutely amazing. Our server/cook, Scott was very courteous and took his time and explained everything on the menu and while he was cooking tableside. This was our first experience at a Korean steakhouse and Scott explained everything step-by-step as he went. Even suggesting different combinations of sauces and vegetables to pair with the proteins. One other thing that I found quite refreshing, is that no less than five different people stop by our table to see if we needed anything. Our water was constantly kept full. Our sauces were constantly rotated. This was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it

I don’t often write reviews however this is an exceptional restaurant. Downtown Fort Myers and the Fort Myers area really needed a restaurant of this quality. The food is excellent. It is priced right, service is spot on and very attentive. The ambience is warm and welcoming. They have an extensive cocktail list. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back often. We met the owner who spent time with us explaining the concept, the excitement and what’s to come this is one not to miss. Enjoy.
