The food was excellent, and the serving staff was outstanding. The first time we ate there my husband had the prime rib and I had the half rack of ribs and they were done perfectly! This time I had the Mediterranean Pasta with shrimp and it was very good! While the quality of the food is important to a restaurant, often times the professionalism and personality of the serving staff is what makes the dining experience what it should be. That is one thing my husband and I have noticed about Chester's. On both occasions we have dined there, we have noticed how much the servers and other staff make sure we have a pleasurable experience. This is particularly worth noting.
