Ceron Kitchen is the manifestation of the life long dream of Vicente Ceron. Vicente has had a desire to own a restaurant for as long as he could remember. After years of hard work and success as the owner of construction companies, he is finally realizing his dream. Vicente became friends with Ceron Kitchen Executive Chef Juan Jaquez and their relationship has led them to opening Ceron Kitchen, together. Chef Jaquez has worked in several reputable restaurants throughout the Bay Area as a line cook and head chef. Chef Jaquez presents his take on New American Cuisine at Ceron Kitchen.     As a Salvadoran, I love this take on our cuisine! The pupusas are among the best I've ever had - the only ones better were at El Triangulo in Olocuilta, El Salvador. On the more modern side, the Pollo Campero is some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. It doesn't taste like the Pollo Campero in El Salvador, but you can see where the inspiration came from. Great drinks menu as well!

    Always a great experience. The drinks are amazing—ask about them even if they aren’t on the menu. The 1934 Zombie is my favorite.

    Booked a reservation expecting to do their New Years brunch buffet, but they were experiencing technical difficulties. Instead we ate off the regular menu and everything we ordered, from the fried branzino to the short rib cup noodles to the kids menu chicken and rice was delicious. The drinks were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Loved the decor and loved the music. Highly recommend!

    We have excellent services throughout everyone in the restsurant. The portion of the food was big and tasty. It is a very restaurant for either small groups or big party. If they can set up round table for big group. It will be perfect.
