We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. We are frequently inspired by ingredients found in the cuisines of France, China, Thailand, Poland and India, so we call our cooking "freestyle." A truly amazing culinary experience. Each course was presented by the Chef as a private tour of his ancestral country side. it was as if we were magically transported to romantically indulge our palates in the hills (and caves) of rural Italy. The wine pairings were a sublime engagement of our senses, elevating the complex layers of wonderful flavors into a chorus of decadent pleasure. Thank you for a memorable evening.

Unique takes on old standby dishes. You will have to come and experience it for yourself because there is no way that I can make the food they made sound as good as it was. Bring a friend and sit down in the urban warehouse they call home. We enjoyed it and can't wait to return.
