Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse is just the beginning of a new generation. This heritage began back in the 1940’s when Fred & Amelia Saliba opened the very first restaurant in the Saliba family. Although Brian wasn’t with his grandparents in the beginning, he was raised under the careful training of his father and mother as they carried on the family tradition.Because of this training, Brian began to love the restaurant business and pursued a career in the culinary arts. The initiation of his training began at O.S.U. in the college of Hotel & Restaurant Administration. During this time, Brian was able to train as an intern under renown chefs at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where he earned the right and inspiration to advance.As Brian progressed in his training, his desire to become a restaurant owner continuously increased.     Another wonderful experience at Mahogany Northside OKC! The food and drinks were spot on as usual but what really made our experience special was our server Blake. He couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming. He was very engaging and made our time spent that much more enjoyable. And he made some great recommendation too! Top notch all the way around!! Highly recommend!

    Shay was our server, and she was fantastic! Everyone from the front door to the table was very welcoming and nice. The food was delicious and served beautifully. I took my mother for her birthday, the staff wished her a happy birthday coming in and when she was leaving. We ordered dessert to go, and Shay brought her a candle to blow out. I would say this was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to all the way around.

    The food was good. Service was excellent. I felt that $14 for a house glass of wine was too high. I was offended with a $2. charge for a split plate was ridiculous. The kitchen did not split the plate and in fact did not even offer an extra plate. We shared steak and lobster. I used my salad plate for the lobster. Really a pet peeve of mine. However we will be back.

    My roommate and I had an amazing time closing out the semester and spending some meal plan money! Like always, the food was amazing and you couldn’t walk out of there without at least 10 smiles. So thankful to have an amazing dining experience on campus.
