Great experience here! Seated quickly with reservations. Food was great! Salad, sides and steak were amazing!

The food at Beauty & Essex is very good, but the servings are small. If you like family-style eating (sharing) and appreciate terrific flavour over portion size, this is the place for you. We particularly enjoyed the Tuna Poke Wonton Tacos, Brown Butter Scallops, Oven Braised Chicken Meatballs and 'Chile Relleno' Empanadas. It was someone's birthday, so, of course, he was treated magnificently. The service was rather lacklustre. Our server rattled off some food options, and she didn't even notice that we couldn't hear her because of the ambient noise in the restaurant. The restaurant was rather dark, too, so be prepared to pull out your mobile to turn on the flashlight.

Since opening this has been our go to spot in Las Vegas. We are MGM program participants and have been for years. The location of Ocean Prime, in front of the Aria and just a block south of Bellagio makes it ideal. The food is so good and I recommend their happy hour in the bar area with 1/2 off appetizers (try the calamari) and drink specials. A great location and consistently great service, we will always be back!!

Aloha, Jose Andres’ newest add in Las Vegas. Located in the Crystal Shops with high-end stores, a feel of luxury when dining here. Staff is attentive yet not overly, and suggested some great dishes. Some signature items may be a bit salt forward for some but ahh who doesn’t love salt, right. I mean when you combine caviar and iberico ham, what did you expect, and topped with gold and sitting on nori, wow. I’d order it again. Add truffles to dishes that offer it, well worth your tastebuds being happy and satisfied. A nice glass of wine helps you digest everything perfectly. Enjoy

Food was mediocre but you definitely come for the experience and ambiance. The beautiful, talented fire performer did amazing, and it is quite the show to watch. This place is great for a special occasion because they always make your your dinner special. Our server was nice but clearly had too many tables because my cocktail took forever to come, and my food came before my drink.
