Best restaurants near me in Thousand Oaks, CA

Always great food. Expensive but I expect that. Service was OK. We felt as if we were being rushed out. Need to turn the table. But other than that it was good. As expected. We go here often but first time we felt rushed.

My favorite Italian restaurant in our area. The food is always good, service is great. We went on Christmas Eve, and the restaurant was packed. Service was a little slow as a result but we were not in a hurry so we didn't mind. Our food was delicious and the servers were very friendly.

Very grateful to the staff at Fogo de Chao for an excellent birthday dinner for my wife. She felt appreciated and pampered. Thank you!

The food the service in the ambience were nothing less than memorable. We had been here a year ago for the holidays and it was. The only unfortunate exception was the couple that was seated next to us midway through our meal. They were rude to the waitress, nasty, obnoxious, and loud - obviously drunk. Our waitress Kris couldn’t have been nicer and handled the situation professionally but I know she could see our displeasure. We live in Northern California, and purposely made reservations again for the holidays due to our prior visit. I’m not sure we will return again due to this experience.

The service was great she has been our waitress before & she is very pleasant. There’s not too much food to choose from specially seafood which is so limited. I was requesting anchovies on the side for my Ceasar’s salad & no anchovies available. The waiter said is in the dressing already which I could hardly taste .. I want the real anchovies that could be tasted on my palette. Ambience is good although inside is too noisy … spicy shrimp was heavily breaded & shrimps are too small all you can taste is the bread coating & has so much veggies more than the shrimp.
