The only improvements would be a couple more vegetarian based options. I had steak which was lovely but I do prefer vegetable based dishes. The side dishes are wonderful, plus the apple tart. The waiting staff although young were very attentive and helpful, the food was lovely (standard price for a restaurant meal) and they had a big wood jet going which was just wonderful in the Tasmanian winter.
