It is excellent with a zing to the topping. The short rib pasta is also delightful. However, the half chicken (and presumably the whole chicken) disappointed. It was rather difficult to cut. I would recommend more of a rotisserie approach. Or a piccata or Francese type whereby the heat is sealed inside and the chicken is piping hot.
