Goose & Gander is a charming restaurant in St. Helena, located in Walter Martini's historic 1920 bungalow. Dinner is served nightly in the basement bar, the dining room, & in the garden. Goose & Gander is a wine country public house and a local favorite.

We offer more than 50 local boutique wines by the glass, and in our luscious tasting flights, so guests can sample many unique wines all under one chandelier. We offer full service dinner and lunch menus Tues-Sat, and heaty bar fare, including hearty cheese & charcuterie, hummus, pita and veggies, olives, and nuts every day.
Reserve the most romantic table in the Napa Valley in our cozy, candlelit 1905 bank vault. For groups (up to 12) reserve the winemaker’s table, in our elegant, stone-walled speakeasy cellar

My wife and I went to dinner at this new restaurant in the center of St Helena to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. We started the evening with a cocktail and a variety of breads and bread sticks served with humus and olive oil. The waiters and hostess were nice and attentive, for example in helping us each pick a glass of wine to suit our individual palates and menu selections. We tried the Caesar salad, spinach and mushroom soup, the fresh pasta ravioli, a pork chop and finished with the chocolate souffle. I especially enjoyed the ravioli and the pork chop but as I said every course seemed perfect. The ambiance was set by the fine china, decor, and impressive art collection. The prices were reasonable, considering the super high quality of everything. I would definitely go back!!!

We enjoyed my daughter in laws birthday lunch at The Saint. We had a swanky private room at the back of the wine bar. The food was very good. The service staff were helpful. It was easy to make a reservation for our party of 10.
