Gibsons Restaurants

We had a wonderful meal at the Beach House, which we haven’t been to for some time. We weren’t expecting the patio in January but it was enclosed and heated. It was good we hadn’t dressed lightly as it was still a bit cool. The patio was much quieter than inside though, which was nice and we got to see the Christmas trees outside. Service was excellent and our meals were very enjoyable. By the time we left it was getting busy so service was a little slower but that is understandable. The menu had a lot of selection, and the cocktail one of our group enjoyed was great - we may try to reproduce it (we are cocktail enthusiasts). We will be back.

Every bite was outstanding! Prefer the lower level for ambiance but enjoyed our dinner very much!

Awesome service and delicious food in a beautiful restaurant. The food presentation is beautiful and is served promptly. I highly recommend the scallops and if available the, uni. The brussel sprouts are addictive. I will have the lamb on my next visit. For desert, the Green Tea Opera is outstanding! Don’t miss this gem in Vancouver!

I had a great time celebrating my friends birthday on Wednesday! Our server was great and didn't sound scripted or feel like she was trying to oversell us and made sure we had the best time while giving great food recommendations. Would definitely go back :)

Had another lovely dinner at Chaster House. Always delicious. We started with a beet salad which was incredible, and then ordered Short Ribs and the beef tenderloin, both delicious. It was concerning that there was only one other couple dining while we were there, and on a Friday night! It was empty! I would hate to lose this gem of a restaurant, but perhaps the higher prices have forced patrons elsewhere.
