They had roast beef, lamb and ham carving stations as well as lots of salad and vegetables The was a cheese and fruit area and several speciality toasts. The was also an omelet station and a waffle station. Lots of nice desserts to sample. My one suggestion is that the should have advertised what was on the menu.
