Chef Tony always has surprises on his menu, mixing local flavors with traditional recipes. I'm always hard pressed to decide whether to eat the barramundi or the salmon, while my meat-eating diner have a wide range of options from skirt steak to tenderloin, wrapped in sauces straight from South America, lots of mole and chimichurris and sauteed onions and right now with grilled asparagus for Spring. Their fried plantains are also excellent. Service is friendly and attentive, but not overbearing.
