Had a great dinner experience at STK Las Vegas! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone for an exceptional evening. The sleek, modern decor is balanced by warm, intimate lighting, creating the perfect atmosphere for both romantic dinners and celebratory meals. The service here is second to none. Every staff member is attentive without being overbearing, and they strike the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. Next time you’re in Las Vegas and craving steak, be sure to stop in at STK.

Scarpetta is an upscale Italian restaurant with a stunning bar that leads to the main dining area, which opens up to breathtaking views overlooking the Bellagio fountains and beyond. Not all tables have a view, but many do, even if they're not right by the windows. I visited Scarpetta for a 'girl date' with a couple of my besties, and it offered the perfect atmosphere for us to yap away while enjoying sumptuous food and wine. I can definitely see this restaurant being an ideal spot for a romantic date night as well. Tip: Reserve ahead. We made reservations for a Friday night dinner through OpenTable, and it was a good thing we did because every table was full during our meal. The food and wine were a bit on the pricey side, so I'd consider this more of a special occasion spot for most. However, I believe the experience was worth the cost. The service was 5-star, and the portions were generous. For the three of us, the bill came out to around $390 after tax and tip. Here's what we ordered: Food: - Starter bread basket (five different breads) + toppings/dips: 5/5 - Grass-Fed Beef Tartare: 5/5 - Beet Salad - Branzino - Pork Chop: 5/5 - Gnocchi Drinks: - Red wine (prices ranged from $18 to $28 per glass, with an extensive wine list for bottle purchases).

Beauty & Essex in Las Vegas is an absolute gem that delivers an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you step through the unassuming pawn shop entrance, you’re transported into a world of glamour, sophistication, and culinary excellence. Ambiance: The ambiance is chic and stylish, with a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern elegance. The dim lighting, plush seating, and stunning decor create a luxurious and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an extraordinary evening. Service: The service is impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels special, making excellent recommendations and accommodating any requests with a smile. Food & Drinks: Now, let’s talk about the food—simply divine! The menu is a masterpiece, offering a creative fusion of flavors that delight the palate. From the signature Grilled Cheese, Smoked Bacon & Tomato Soup Dumplings to the perfectly seared Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, every dish is a testament to the chef’s artistry. What is extremely impressive is that they are able to make a substitute any dish for Vegans or other dietary restrictions. Highlights: The atmosphere, the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering dishes all come together to create a dining experience that’s second to none. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to indulge, Beauty & Essex delivers in every way. Overall: Beauty & Essex Las Vegas is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy an upscale, unforgettable dining experience. It’s more than just a meal—it’s an experience that leaves you wanting more. I can’t wait to return!

The Cosmopolitan is a modern hotel that draws a glittering, jet-set crowd. With those discerning guests in mind, the hotel has curated a restaurant lineup that runs the culinary gamut from an unmarked casual pizza spot hidden in a hallway to a celebrated chef’s Mexican-Chinese fusion restaurant. The Cosmopolitan’s eateries offer inventive twists on familiar dishes. Some entrées need to be ordered in advance, such as the Bo Ssäm, a slow-roasted pork shoulder served with oysters, rice, lettuce and an array of sauces. For some homey comfort food, you can dig into a glass jar filled with a coddled egg and potato puree. Finish off your meal with a creamy, alcohol-infused milkshake and save room for the famous crack pie. There is even a supper club where food, music and performances seamlessly blend together.
