And last night I had the duck confit arugula salad for the first time and it’s very good! The confit is not dry, and the pears work well in the salad. And I had her crab cakes appe for dinner because they’re that good ,too! Busy at 7 last night but the service was very good, she was attentive and helpful without being annoying. A good night.More infoFrannys BistroPrice: Very Expensive• American• Camden•4.8

Discover Lincolnville
With views of West Penobscot Bay on the scenic Maine coast, Lincolnville will not disappoint those looking for some classic Maine dining. First, grab a table with an ocean view at one of the area's specialty seafood eateries. For an appetizer, enjoy a bowl of chowder. You can't go wrong with New England clam chowder, Maine corn chowder or a fish chowder. For the main course, you could opt for a whole, boiled lobster and enjoy the variety of flavors that can be found in the meat of one shellfish. Or, you can enjoy a plate of raw clams and oysters washed down with a cold beer. End your meal with the state's official dessert by ordering a slice of blueberry pie made with wild berries picked nearby.
