Boat Club Restaurant and Bar
Price: Expensive•American•4.7(1,734)A premiere lakeside restaurant and event center featuring the regions freshest fish, seafood and steaks. We are proud to be named Duluth's Best Restaurant in 2020 and 2021, along with Best Outdoor Dining, Best Happy Hour and Best Bloody Mary.Lake Avenue Restaurant & Bar
Price: Expensive•Global, International•4.6(354)Lake Avenue Restaurant & Bar in Duluth, Minnesota has been around since 1991, back when Canal Park was better known as an industrial harbor rather than a tourist location. The interior at Lake Avenue Restaurant & Bar has a cozy feel to it, thanks in large part to the reclaimed lumber used for the tables, booths and bar as well as thriving plants. When the weather is nice, you can dine on our deck, furnished with Loll patio furniture made locally.
We are a small restaurant, limited to 15 tables and 70 seats indoors. Because of this we are not able to accommodate groups larger than 8 people. If your party is larger than 8 people, please understand that your group may be split at separate tables, potentially not near each other. Please call us to discuss accommodating your large group events.
Due to the invariability of Duluth weather, our deck is non-reservable (with or without dogs) and subject to be closed without much notice. We seat the patio on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- KkimMinneapolis - St. Paul •5 reviews4.0Dined on May 5, 2025The food here is always excellent. However, as for service, The bartender was assigned as our server and as the restaurant became busier, the demands on the bartender to prepare drinks for the bar and other diner’s tables significantly reduced her time and ability to see to us. Eventually we began either walking up to the bar or flagging down the hostess to get what we needed. It was a Monday. Perhaps they’re not as well staffed on Mondays.More infoLake Avenue Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Duluth•4.6

We missed the walleye pike that we always enjoyed before they discontinued serving it. Service was very good.More infoRed Lobster - Duluth - Lake AvenuePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Duluth•4.1
