I also had the fish special which was so delicious and the depth of flavor was immaculate. I’m gluten free (due to allergy) and so normally don’t have many options for desserts. All but one of their desserts were gluten free!!!! I had the flourless chocolate torte….and you maybe see where this is going….IT WAS PHENOMENAL. The service was exceptional. Food is excellent, fresh, unique and cooked to perfection. The Belton Chalet Dining Room is our FAVORITE in the State of Montana.
