Butter mushroom Old Fashioned for example had just a hint of maple syrup without being over sweet or cloying. Matcha martini had a hint of matcha that enhanced the base gin martini without overwhelming it. Bartenders were friendly, had a great sense of humor and engaging without being intrusive.
