He can out and welcomed me and my lady for our first time coming to the establishment. I ordered the fried chicken and mash potatoes and it was seasoned to perfection!!! My food was cold so I asked our waitress (Lily) if she could have it reheated. A few minutes later the manager (Zac) came to our table apologized for the inconvenience and offered to give me a new entree. He later returned to say that there would be no charge. He apologized again and offered us 2 free desserts. It has been a while since we received such personal service. The restaurant was full and he made us feel like we were the only customers in the restaurant and that he actually cared if we were satisfied with the service. Everyone that we came in contact with had the same professional attitude plus the food was excellent. Thanks to the entire staff at Malone’s Chattanooga for making it a Happy Valentine’s Day.More infoMalone's - ChattanoogaPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Chattanooga•4.8
