The staff is warm, knowledgeable and professional. I love that featured items on the menu change regularly. Tonight I had a new add - the braised beef with Yorkshire pudding. There's a lot of "helper" Santa's out there but the Workz always gets the REAL Santa to come and we look forward to chatting with him every year!!!! I love that we don't feel rushed at all and even had plenty of time to go back up for a second visit!! We LOVED the free 30 minute game cards that Mrs. Claus gave us this year as well!!
