Lovely, family run country pub with serving The Best Sunday lunches, crispiest roast potatoes, large Yorkshire puds and tasty gravy! Rustic and traditional in essence. The best place to go if you want to take a step away from every day life, and enjoy good food, drink and a friendly atmosphere. A little off the beaten track, bit oh, so worth it!

We experienced a special 3 course menu to celebrate bees and honey from fowlcombe farm.A lovely introduction and chat about the farm and the honey . Then 3 delicious courses all Incorporating honey .Fabulous food and a lovely evening. Thank you staff

We had the signature tasting menu which was a taste sensation. The attention to detail on the presentation was amazing and the flavours from each dish that was presented was unique but divine. The beef and Bone Marrow dish was the all star dish for myself and my wife. This is our 3rd visit to ‘27’ and it always exceeds our expectations and consistently delivers on quality and flavours.
