I had the prime New York strip, and it was cooked to absolute perfection at medium rare. The flavor was outstanding—every bite was juicy and tender. A Sommelier from a local wine distributor described each of the wines and explained the pairing of foods with that wine. There were raffle tickets that customers had a chance to win great prizes, with a portion of the money collected going to Olive Crest, a local charity.
