- BBillPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •16 reviews4.0Dined todayVery nice spot… Old Church vibe, with a bit of civil war nostalgia. We enjoyed the fried chicken and southern salad. Chicken was crispy n moist, but… $30.00 for 1/2 chicken? Some pickles and cornbread, but no sides? Salad was fresh and flavorful. Our server was very distracted, and likely wished we had gone somewhere else? Don’t think we would return. Too many other spots for great food and service in this lovely city!! - SStephanieSouth Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoEverything was tip top here. The hostess was gracious about our early arrival and was able to seat us. The waitstaff is so professional, concentrated and smooth but not frantic or stressed. The warm olives were such a good choice of appetizer! All of us raved about the food, three different pasta dishes and a pizza. Everything was delicious, and the portions are satisfying. Next time, I want to try their Chef’s Choice family style Pris Fixe option. The ambiance is upscale casual, not rowdy but not intimidating. It’s always fun to have an open kitchen in view. I noticed long bar-height tables suitable for large parties. We had hearing aid wearers in our party, and the noise level in the full restaurant did not interfere with conversation at a four-top along the wall. Indigo Road Restaurant Group is known for high standards and for doing things right; you can’t go wrong st any of them. Downtown Charleston residents like ourselves don’t eat downtown as much as we used to as the area has gotten so popular worldwide wide. But we stick to our favorites, and Indaco is one of ours.More infoIndacoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Downtown Charleston•4.8

- FFrederickvipVirginia •113 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis is a terrific restaurant. The menu is quite basic, but everything is prepared expertly, and the staff is both welcoming and professional. Whenever we're in Charleston we never miss a visit. My faves are the local Low-Country seafood items and the filet. Again, a basic menu but all the bases are well covered. Oh... and that coconut cake. "Extraordinary" doesn't do it justice.More infoPeninsula GrillPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.7
- TTonySouth Carolina •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 18, 2024Oku=slay Food is amazing, second time visiting from Asheville and both times they make me wonder why we don’t have a Japanese restaurant like this back at home. Our server was perfect, she didn’t feel the need to smother us by coming up every 5 minutes and asking us how everything was which was a plus. She was able to give us some really good recommendations on vegetarian options (which more than most have to offer) it was a really welcoming experience. The food was really well done. plating was beautiful, food times were fast, and the deserts we tried were amazing. Little improvement is that if they played as much edm, they could have been playing more charli xcx. IykykMore infoO-KuPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Downtown Charleston•4.8
