Even though almost all the reviews I read were positive, Earth managed to exceed my expectations! From the ambience to the service to the menu - you can tell detail was paid to every aspect. Admittedly I was worried about portion size but I can honestly say both of us walked out full. The food was delicious and the service was personal and extremely attentive to every detail. The chef/ owner went out of his way to come to our table to explain and share a special bourbon to one in our group who was a true connoisseur of bourbons. The hostess and our waitress had the bartender prepare a perfect drink for another in our group who requested it be made with special ingredients.
