- DDavidPhoenix / Arizona •51 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 27, 2025We really enjoyed a lovely meal in the main dining room which is beautiful with its comfortable leather chairs and old metal chandelier. Our server Sean was attentive and helpful. He did a great job. The food was outstanding. The chicken schnitzel is unlike any other I’ve ever had and was moist with a wonderful sauce over wilted spinach. My wife’s chile relleno was also very unique and delicious. The cocktails were perfect and we really enjoyed the evening. More infoDe La Tierra at El Monte Sagrado ResortPrice: Expensive• Southwest• Taos Ski Valley•4.6
