We arrived earlier than our reservation, and we requested to sit towards the back, closer to the door pass leading to the kitchen, and a full view of the bar. A lot of items caught our eyes looking at the menu, but we decided to go for the Salo Salo "leave it to the chef" menu option, which you also participate, and have your choice of the dishes provided in a 3 course meal. Our notable favorites had to be the Yellowtail Amberjack Sarciado, Kaldereta Dumplings (added on), Black Angus Hangar Steak, and the Isaw (secret menu). The Magtagal cocktail that my partner got had a nice sweet flavor that they really enjoyed as well. The food was delicious ( lasagna, pumpkin ravioli, pasta with 2x meat balls, 2x NY )and we had a very memorable family dinner.
