We dined at Atölye all three nights that we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton. Kebabs, roast chicken, pasta, salad - all were delicious with very fresh ingredients and we would definitely dine there again when we stay in Istanbul. They are satisfied with good and so never get to great. Service was good but again not great. The restaurant is beautiful.
