- JJeffTexas Panhandle •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI really liked Cellar 55. I had the Cellar Salad which was sweet and perfectly proportionate to my entree. I had the 14 ounce Ribeye that was cooked to nearly perfection, good sear on each side, just hair more medium than the medium rare I ordered. I would have liked a little more dry rub on the steak, but that’s more of a personal preference than a slight on this steak. The steak came with mashed potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts that were cooked perfectly. I was by myself, but it’s definitely an experience for quiet dinner for two or more.More infoCellar 55Price: Expensive• American• Amarillo•4.8

- JJerryNew Mexico •29 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024We found Cask & Cork about a year ago when traveling and decided to go again on our latest overnight trip to Amarillo. The food was very good, my wife had the shrimp Diablo and I had ravioli and both were very good. They have a nice selection of wines and we were able to sample a few before selecting. The wait staff member we had was really good and very friendly. We were impressed that the manager checked to insure we were enjoying our meal.More infoCask & CorkPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Amarillo•4.5
