These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

If they were to read this, I would recommend the frequency a table is visited and the number of servers that come to the table be reduced. Availability is necessary, but it got to the point where servers were hanging out next to the table and idling. Again, still a great experience! And this is obviously a good problem to have. Also, for my pre dinner drink I like Old Fashioneds and they have great variety. That said the waiter recommended an alternate bourbon for mine and it was excellent. Very smooth and a little sweet. For dessert we asked about selection, not feeling a full dessert and waiter recommend a mini version of their butter cake. It was perfect. An excellent evening. Was there just at 8 on a Friday.
