Great flavoursome food. Lots of interesting drink choices especially non alcoholic ones. Service and staff were excellent. Made sure everything was ok and helpful when asked about dishes. Great atmosphere.

Softleys is that rare place of calm and tranquility and beautiful surroundings. It has the quality of a small country house, The service here is always excellent and the food always a very high standard with plenty of menu choice. The prices are reasonable with a la carte or fixed price menus. Lovely experience

First time there.was made very welcome. Definitely a place for a special occasion

We were given options as to where we could sit; this was much appreciated as there were 2 large parties on the top floor with us. The servers were very friendly and warm. My partner's steak medallions were cooked to perfection, as was the herb mash. He would have preferred a portobello mushroom over the closed cup mushrooms served. My salmon and new potatoes were well cooked. I wasn't too keen on the leek personally due to the lack of texture. Dessert (warm brownie cake and sticky toffee pudding) and the 'A' star martinis were amazing. There was a bit of a delay at the end of the night when we wanted to pay and leave but overall, a fantastic night. We would definitely return.
