- MMarkSouth Carolina •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoEverything was outstanding (wine, steaks, and dessert), right until the very end. The lady who greeted us at the door (manager?) showed up to our table as we were getting ready to leave. Our reservation was for 6 and we had just paid and were leaving at 7:04 pm. She came to the table, and we figured that she would ask how about our dining experience. No, she stated "we are busy" and stated something to effect that we needed to leave ASAP. We certainly we not lingering. There were other parties in our room that were there when we arrived, but she didn't approach them. A very strange way to punctuate what was otherwise a very pleasant dining experience. Our server was excellent, as was the food.More infoPrime & PearlPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Gainesville•4.7

- AAlisonVIPChicago / Illinois •22 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Really nice restaurant in a shopping environment. Quality ingredients and outstanding service. The seafood was spectacular as were the vegetarian dishes. Tiramisu dessert was delicious and just right. Good ambience and we were happy they were open on Christmas day. - PPattiOrlando / Central Florida East •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Covey’s cocktails are delicious and always innovative. Our Tortellini Michelle was really great, cooked to perfection with tortellini al dente, steak tender, and gravy sooo good and not over-salted which happens too often in restaurants. The Rye-Spice cocktail was perfect—a touch of sweet but not too much. The All Things Vice cocktail with Titos, chai, pumpkin puree, espresso, Baileys with a dash of nutmeg on top was a heavenly after dinner drink to sip slowly. The key lime pie, a complete contrast to the All Things Vice, was outstanding and held its own. The lime was flavor of course stood out…you could see the zest in it—but it was not overly tart nor was it sickening sweet. It was perfection. Our server was friendly, knew the menu, and never missed a beat. She mentioned having just graduated (I would assume from college) and there she was, cheerfully working on Christmas, providing exceptional service.More infoCovey Kitchen + CocktailsPrice: Moderate• American• Gainesville•4.6
