We ordered the Crispy Maple Leaf Farms Duck and the 12-ounce Brasstown Beef NY Strip, and both dishes were nothing short of perfection. The duck was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich, flavorful sauce that tied the dish together beautifully. The NY Strip was cooked exactly to our liking — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Our waiter elevated the experience even further with his thoughtful recommendations, genuine enthusiasm, and impeccable attention to detail. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service exceed expectations, but Ashten’s delivered on every level.
