The waitstaff and the wine list are both outstanding. The waitstaff knows how good menu items are or how tasty a wine is because they sample them. We had an unusual bottle of wine and the sommelier clearly knows what she is doing. The price was very reasonable. From the easy parking to a fantastic greeting, Ocean Prime DTC offers an unforgettable experience. We celebrated a birthday with 6pm reservations for 2. They had birthday confetti on the table and we were in a superb booth location. The food, signature drinks and wait staff are top notch. Highly recommend the Waygu strip and Delmonico Ribeye. Service was spot on too. The only slight disconnect was the ambient music. Kinda upbeat dance EMD feel. Was expecting more mellow background music. But that is very minor to the overall experience. Can’t wait for the next visit.
