Olive Branch is a suburb of Memphis where you'll find outstanding barbecue without overlooking its tradition of impressive southern cooking. Many claim that the town offers some of the best hot wings and soul food in the region, and charming cafes serve up enormous pancakes and fluffy biscuits topped with peppery sausage gravy. Although it's well north of Louisiana, Cajun cuisine is authentic and plentiful, right down to the crawfish and fresh beignets.
