The ambience is so relaxing and the staff (Jess was excellent )were extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu ! Chef came out and introduced himself . Then, to our surprise , gave us a few tapas to try along with the focaccia bread we ordered and everything was fantastic ! I had the chicken parm with spaghetti and the portion was huge ! It was delicious!!! My husband had the NY strip steak and it was cooked to perfection ! We had a chocolate mousse for dessert which was excellent !! One of my favorite things about Gibraltar, beyond the exceptional service, food, and atmosphere..is it’s always an incredible experience. There are several phenomenal restaurants in Lancaster, and several of them can be hit or miss. This isn’t a thing at Gibraltar. It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is, the timing of your reservation, which server you have, what dessert or wine has changed, etc. It’s always an incredible experience. I had the bleu cheese burger and my wife had a chicken cheesesteak tossed in garlic parm soss and we both added the truffle fries. All 3 items were absolute top-notch and as good as any we've had.
