MP Taverna, Chef Michael Psilakis’s modern interpretation of a traditional Greek tavern, is an exciting staple in the Westchester dining scene, located steps from the Metro-North Railroad and a stone’s throw from the Hudson River. Open for lunch and dinner, MP Taverna’s accessible, Greek-inspired menu brings Psilakis’ Greek fare into the American culinary lexicon and is another step towards the chef’s goal of putting Greek cuisine on the culinary main stage.

Culinary School graduate and James Beard honoree Chef Navjot Arora has put together a unique menu borrowing from the vast culinary diversity of India.
We truly believe great food starts with great ingredients. We procure only fresh, wholesome ingredients with no artificial flavorings or additives, local produce wherever possible, all natural poultry, free range lamb, wild not farmed seafood. We grind our own spices to ensure freshness.
The New York Times gave high marks to our succulent tandoori cooked meats and referred to our sauces as superbly complex.” Vegetarians will feel like royalty” says The Journal News, referring to our delicious curries and vegetable appetizers. Nestled on the waterfront in Irvington, New York, Red Hat on the River is an American modern bistro serving satisfied diners since 2003. There's hardly a seat in the house that does not offer a spectacular view of the Hudson river. Banquettes and a pewter bar accent the space while the walls of this 100-year old renovated factory building are adorned with WPA-era art evoking a feeling of a turn of the century Parisian bistro. Evolving from a humble bistro on main street to a bustling restaurant on the river with a rooftop bar, Red Hat's commitment to providing the very best experience for their guests has always remained the same. Try the classic menu standards of steak frites, moules frites, country terrine, and the Red Hat burger. Seasonal salads, sandwiches, and seafood entrees round out the menu. The bar offerings of creative craft cocktails, local draft beer, and old world style wines complete the experience. Private events range from corporate dinners to weddings.

Please be aware that, we do not take reservations for the outdoor patio. All telephone and online reservations are for the dining room only. Modern Thai and Malaysian restaurant with stunning views of the Hudson River located in Irvington NY.

Nice place. Great staff and food.Excellent place to go in the summer. The terrace overlooks the Hudson. I’ve been here about 4 times and I would definitely go back.

What a lovely place. Gracious staff, warm welcome, caring and professional service. The food is authentic- spiced to perfection and a treat to the senses. Everything we had was delicious, and artfully prepared.
